My dress piece is to represent the clothing part of my culture, dresses are important in celebration times. Hand made dresses are worn in times like the day of the dead to dance in and celebrate our lost loved ones. They are bright colored with many beautiful designs. I tried to incorporate that into my dress and for the "american" touch i added a piece of cloth for an apron with a red bow
